Those two days of Reiki I were the beginning of a new friendship: I started to learn who I am, how I can work out my problems, how to find peace and to discover my inner self every day. Finally I am able to love myself the way I am and not how I would like to be, I can find peace and balance. And the best of all is that my family feels the positive changes too, life is so much more relaxed now.

The past life regression session I had with Antoinette was relaxing yet very powerful. I felt very safe throughout the session and could entrust her with her intuitive guidance. Not only I immediately felt much lighter right after the session but also I have noticed the significant change about my issue after a few weeks. The different emotions about my issue were coming up for a few weeks after the session, and it's quite amazing to see how my perception towards the issue changed day-by-day. It's a gradual change from the resentment/anger to the gratitude for the lesson given. I am very grateful that Antoinette helped me with this powerful process and the realization. She is the very compassionate and professional therapist, and I highly recommend it!!

Lots of thoughts inside my mind since this morning! But all in all much more positive than before, I think you allowed me to find again a link to select positive thoughts rather than negative. Also had the feeling that the \\\"rigidity\\\" in the body as within the mind had gone softer.

After one session my back pain was gone and even now, 4 months later I am still completely free of lower back pain, headaches – no more injections, scary crackings, just simple self-help exercises. These 5 minutes of exercising every day are worth more than just the session fee.
